The Elite Ultra Locker is a fully automatic locking differential. Ultra locker fully locks when throttle is applied and resistance is encountered, yet releases to navigate corners under normal driving. Ultra locker is ideal for competition, offroad, and limited street use. Mechanical lockers may be to noisy and aggressive for daily street driven applications. We recommend using standard 80/90wt (non-synthetic) gear oil.
